This cough & cold fighter with its proven recipe is an ideal tea for catarrh of the respiratory tract, irritable cough, hoarseness, sore throat and irritation of the mucous membranes.
Ginger has been proven to be effective against rhinoviruses and helps with colds. It is said to have positive effects in relieving coughs and to have an expectorant effect.
Lemons contain a lot of vitamin C and are therefore a super support for your immune system. In addition, vitamin C has an antioxidant effect, which means that it binds free radicals and thus further contributes to a strong immune system. Lemon juice helps fight bacteria in the throat and make you get better faster due to its antibacterial effect.
Mallow is well-known for its anti-irritant, anti-inflammatory and wound-healing effect which makes it an ideal component of an instant drink to relieve cough and cold symptoms.
Honey not only tastes good in tea, but is a real virus killer, strengthens the immune system, helps with acute irritating cough and a budding cold. It contains anti-inflammatory enzymes, bioactive substances and antioxidants.
