Thanks to the actions of Vitamin B6 and Magnesium, it helps to :
Relax the body in the evening, while promoting the proper functioning of the nervous system Reduce fatigue during the day
Thereby facilate the phase of rest and recovery at night
Food supplement with alpine plants (Lemon balm, Eschscholtzia, Sweet woodruff), magnesium, and vitamin B6.
List of ingredients: Magnesium citrate; extracts of the aerial parts of: Lemon balm (Melissa officinalis), California poppy (Eschscholtzia californica), sweet woodruff (Galium odoratum); vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine hydrochloride); coating agents: E1420, talc, glycerol; anticaking agent: HPC ; firming agent : magnesium stearate.
Gluten and lactose-free. Suitable for vegans.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE
Adults and children > 12 years : 1 tablet / day, 1 hour before bedtime, for 20 days.
In case of strong night disorders, you can take 2 tablets/night.
Not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women, and for children < 12 years.
